あけましておめでとうございます。
あったかくて、穏やかな気持ちの年明けです。
TRUNKとして初めて迎えた新年となります。
昨年は手探り状態で、ほんとうに反省点ばかり…。
そんな中でも、新しい出会いがあったり、思いがけないところでお役にたてたりとか、
小さな嬉しさがたくさん見つかった日々でもありました。
でももう2013年。気持ちを新たに、あたためていることを行動に移したいです。
手帳はいつも「ほぼ日」、今年は英語版にしましたよー。
日々のことばも英語で書いてあるので、表現の勉強になったりして、楽しいです。
今年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

TRUNKとして、フリーランスでの翻訳活動を開始しました。
今日は8月の始まり。そして、初めてお客さまとなってくださった方にお会いしに行った日でもあります。
始まりの日にふさわしいので、今日はTRUNKの誕生日、に決定。
先週から名刺を持って、様々な方にお会いしています。
フリーランスでデザインやコピーワークのお仕事をされている方が多いのですが、
みなさん本当に魅力的で、自分の言葉を持っていて…地に足がついていながら、愛や夢があるという。
まぶしかったなー。これから船出をする私に、あたたかい応援の言葉をかけてくださいました。
とにかく惜しまず経験を積み、人との出会いを大切に、一つ一つの仕事に取り組んでいきます！

　
　

Finally, I have started my freelance translation business under the name of TRUNK.
Today is the first day of August, and moreover, I went to see my first customer, so that it was a perfect day for the start of something new. That is, I will declare that today is the birthday of TRUNK.
From last week, I started meeting new people with my brand-new business cards. Most people I met were graphic or interior designers and copywriters, working freelance; they were really energetic, prepossessing and down-to-earth, speaking in words of their own, full of dream and love. They gave me words of encouragement. They looked so dazzling and I was inspired very much. Cherishing each encounter with these people, I will pour myself into each job, putting in 110%.
